With over 30 years experience in the industry, Melissa Kearney will continue to lead our profession in service and accounting excellence.
Melissa launched her real estate career in the mid-1980s, saturating her early years with knowledge of commercial, residential and Owners Corp management and later completing her Certificate IV in Frontline Management with flying colours.
Today, the strength of Melissa’s character is well known amongst her closest friends as being highly loyal, meticulous, and a go-getter. With no surprise, her colleagues and clients see the same level of passion being applied to everything from processes to final outcomes.
During her precious off-hours, Melissa enjoys visiting her 20 acre farm in central Victoria and following her beloved football team, North Melbourne. Melissa never grows tired of a good book or leisurely afternoon brunch with her friends.
Furthermore, Melissa maintains an active presence in the community through her tenure as an umpire and treasurer of the local netball association.
In the first six months of joining the Biggin & Scott team, Melissa has quickly set the industry standard in rental trust accounting. She has already implemented new systems & processes, which greatly assist the property management team to safeguard efficiency and accuracy in every process. In addition, we have received positive feedback on her recent launch of our direct debit system for tenant’s rental payments.
