David Lack has built an outstanding reputation in the property industry over the last 18 years. Firmly established as one of Bayside’s most successful Sales Agents, he is consistently a top performer. David has achieved an enviable sales record of more than $1 billion in local sales.

Performing the various roles of Business Owner, Sales Director and Auctioneer, David lives and breathes real estate. With a genuine passion for property, it’s no wonder he’s been instrumental in establishing one of the District’s leading offices. Many of his innovative ideas have been adopted throughout the Biggin and Scott network. Holding a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University, David is a ‘hands on’ business operator. He is a reputable Auctioneer with an enviable history and has a zealous approach to ensuring both he and his staff are continuously learning and upskilling through constant training.

Having always lived and worked Bayside, David has a unique, in-depth understanding of the area and ensures he’s at the market forefront. This enables him to offer vendors astute, honest advice on the ever-changing property market.

“When I started out in 1994, Sandridge Bay Towers was the only high rise development in the area. Now, there are around 80. Add this to substantial renovation work to many existing dwellings and you have a suburb that has changed its image markedly. Port Melbourne definitely a place that is constantly evolving”.

Outside of work, David and his wife Emma are doting parents to Fraser and Sophie, and in his leisure time he enjoys mountain biking, kayaking and fishing.
