David moves with the times. His thinking is relevant to these quickly changing environments. Having said that David listens and takes on board everything a potential seller is considering. He develops a picture of the end result and how to best achieve this outcome. The work ethic for my sale, was to follow every lead, think outside the square and capture the attention of those currently looking to buy. For David and his team this is their normal everyday plan.
