Excellent Customer Service - Lily Liaw had provided excellent customer service to us when we wanted to sell our house. She has gone the extra mile to really understand what my wife and I wanted for a home. It is from our conversations that Lily was able to derive the type of house that would appeal to our needs. Hence, she recommended our current house to us. At the point when we had a house inspection and we decided to buy it, Lily demonstrated excellent customer service when she quickly moved to put us at ease by advising us about the intricate process of buying and selling. We were convinced that we were in good hands with her managing our affairs and thus decided to engage Lily to sell our house and buy another at the same time. As we were about to go on a holiday, Lily was prompt with her services in making sure that all the required paperwork was all signed off correctly. She also outlined to us what she will do for us while we were abroad. And to her word, she did what she committed to do. For example, she worked with the photographer for house photos and coordinated with have those photos sent to us via e-mail, she decorated the house with flowers to enhance the ambiance of the house and she kept us up to date with the house selling process via email during our absence. It was the little details that she did for us that made the selling process as smooth as possible. All we had to do was to focus on packing up our belongings in preparation to move to the new house. Throughout the entire process of selling and buying, Lily has taken the extra effort to ease our anxieties and worries. She constantly kept us updated with any developments and advised us what we need to do. Overall, the entire process was properly managed and excellent customer service were exhibited at all times. Apart from that, Lily has demonstrated acute knowledge of real estate which helped us to find our dream house.
