Real Estate Salesperson Position

Job Title: Real Estate Salesperson
Employment Type: Full-Time / Commission Based
Reports To: Principal Office 

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Real Estate Salesperson to join our dynamic team; we have offices in all parts of Victoria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for listing, marketing, and selling residential properties while providing excellent customer service and maintaining compliance with Victorian real estate laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect for and generate new listings and sales opportunities
  • Conduct property appraisals and listing presentations
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Arrange and conduct open homes, inspections, and auctions
  • Negotiate contracts and manage sales through to settlement
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to legal and ethical standards under Victorian legislation
  • Keep up to date with local market trends and property values

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (Victoria)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sales-driven with a passion for property
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Desirable Attributes

  • Previous experience in real estate or property sales
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Box & Dice or VaultRE)
  • Local area knowledge

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of a diverse and dynamic portfolio.

Your Role

As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a commercial portfolio, providing exceptional service to our landlords and tenants. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties (retail, office, industrial)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Oversee lease administration, rent collection, and arrears management
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and contractor management
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance
  • Prepare budgets, outgoings, and financial reporting for clients
  • Negotiate lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy agreements
  • Stay informed of current market trends and legislation

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in commercial property management
  • A current Agent’s Representative Certificate
  • Strong knowledge of leasing legislation and property processes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Organised, proactive and self-motivated
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., PropertyMe, Console, MRI, or similar)
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
