Tom sold my elderly mother’s house in Daylesford last year. We were so pleased with how gentle and thoughtful he was with Mum. He made the whole process much easier for her to understand , under sometimes stressful circumstances due to her health. We honestly felt he went above and beyond his job description on many occasions to make her feel at ease.
