Carole and I would just like to acknowledge the very positive support you have provided to us in the management of our commercial retail properties in the past few years.

As you are probably aware, BigginScott Mitcham have managed our commercial properties for over 35 years, and we are very grateful for the professional service and particularly the sound property management provided by Ken and Peng in the earlier years, both to us and the tenants.

More recently we have really valued your involvement in the property management, particularly during one of the most challenging business periods, after the covid disruptions, with your thorough approach, regular contact with us, and especially your ability to successfully lease two of the shops, at competitive rentals, whilst many other properties in the area remain vacant.
