Renna’s background includes having worked at the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ), where she held positions as both a Business Liaison Officer and Department Manager for the Professional Development Team in Traineeships and Recruitment. In her role as Business Liaison Officer, she maintained ongoing communication with supervisors, business owners, Australian Apprenticeship Centres, and trainees to ensure that clients received the highest quality training possible. Her dedication and contributions to the REIQ led to a promotion to Traineeships Department Manager, where she drove meaningful change within the organization by establishing a recruitment service for REIQ members. Additionally, Renna collaborated with the Gold Coast Suns AFL Football Club to develop a training program for several of their players as part of their professional development initiative.

Since moving to Victoria in 2014, Renna has worked in various Property Management and Marketing positions in several well-known Real Estate Agencies. She has been with Biggin Scott since 2018.
