Joanna is an offshore Property Manager Assistant based in Malaysia, supporting the Biggin & Scott Port Melbourne team with the day-to-day management of properties and a range of property management tasks. Before joining the real estate industry, she spent over 10 years working in customer service, where she developed strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. With no prior experience in real estate, Joanna embraced the opportunity to start a new chapter in her career and is incredibly grateful to the team for being so welcoming, patient and supportive. Their guidance has helped her build her knowledge and confidence from the ground up, and she enjoys the continuous learning that comes with the role.

Although based offshore, Joanna feels very connected to the Biggin & Scott Port Melbourne team and truly values the teamwork, kindness and support she receives from everyone. Their welcoming nature has given her a strong sense of belonging despite the distance, and she is grateful to be part of such a supportive team. She enjoys continuing to learn, taking on new challenges and contributing to the smooth running of the rental department. Outside of work, Joanna enjoys going for a run, reading and spending quality time with her family. These activities help her unwind, recharge and maintain a healthy balance between her work and personal life.
