Annika has a genuine passion for real estate and property management. After taking a few years away from the industry to start her family and establish her own gardening business, she realised how much she missed the people, relationships and fast-paced nature of property management and was excited to return.

Beginning her real estate career in 2017 as a receptionist within a Melbourne-based property management team, Annika quickly progressed into property management, developing a strong understanding of the industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. She is known for her warm and approachable nature, attention to detail and dedication to ensuring every process runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

With legislation and compliance requirements continually evolving, Annika places a strong emphasis on staying informed and keeping rental providers, renters and tradespeople up to date with relevant changes. She believes clear communication, transparency and education are key to building strong relationships and achieving positive outcomes for everyone involved.

Outside of work, Annika enjoys spending quality time with her young family. She has a passion for home and garden design and loves caring for her dogs and horses, embracing the country lifestyle and community she is proud to be part of.
